Daytime Rental - (between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.)
- $400 rental plus $100 security deposit is required to hold the hall
- Five hour rental includes set up time (time cannot be separated for day rentals)
- $100 for each additional hour
- Security deposit of $200 is required if alcohol is served during daytime event
Evening Rental - (between the hours of 6:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.)
- $1200 rental plus $200 security deposit is required to hold the hall
- Four hours for hall rental, 3 hours of decorating time, security and clean-up
- $250 for each additional hour
- $75 per additional decorating hour if needed for set up
Audio/Video Package: $350 for 4 hour event includes use of flat panel TV video monitors, 9 ft. wide screen and projector, updated sound system and AV technician.
Holiday Hall Rental - An additional fee of $350 for hall rental plus a $30 per hour charge for event staff.
All parties must review and sign contract and pay security deposit to hold the date of hall rental.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE CONTRACT OR THE RENTAL FEES WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING TRUSTEES
